"Barozzi" Cake & Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

THE MEETING OF TWO ARTISAN PRODUCTS
This "wise contamination", as Chef Massimo Bottura of the Osteria Francescana in Modena calls it, is a "must". A contamination between two traditional and excellent products such as "Il Balsamico" and the "Barozzi" cake.

A quick and delicious match, ideal for any occasion.

 

Ingredients:

Aemilia Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O.

"Barozzi" Cake*

 

Prepartion:

Place the Barozzi cake on a tray and cut it into slices. Let's now create a small incision in the center of each slice in order to give the "Balsamico" the opportunity to enter and remain in the heart of the Barozzi Cake, we then finish pouring it a couple of drops in it thus creating a Barozzi Cake with a "Balsamico" heart.
